What is the price range of your gowns?
Our gowns range from around $1500- $5500, with a few gowns falling outside that range on both ends. The majority of our collection resides between $2,000 and $3,500.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes! We offer appointments in a boutique setting and truly believe that one on one, specialized service is vital to helping you find your dream dress! Our intimate appointments guarantee privacy as well, we rarely have more than one appointment happening at the same time.

How long are appointments?
Our First Time Bridal Gown Consultations are 90 minutes and Alterations appointments are 60 minutes. We do offer Follow-up Appointments on an as needed basis, which are 60 minutes long. Our accessory appointments are 30 minutes.
We allot an hour for the first time you try on your dress after it arrives from the designer, and brides often use that time to also shop for accessories!
When should I order my wedding gown?/How early should I shop?
Because gowns can take between 4 and 6 months to arrive from the designer, and you still need to account for time for alterations. We recommend ordering your gown about 7-9 months before your wedding date. If your wedding is over a year away, we recommend waiting to shop until the date and venue are finalized. Those details make visualizing your day so much easier!
What if I don’t have 7-9 months before my wedding?
Don’t worry! Many of our designers can accommodate a quicker turn around with a rush order for a small fee. We do have a selection of gowns we are willing to sell off the rack if we cannot get a new gown made in time.
When should I order my veil and accessories?
Gowns and accessories that are made to order take between 6 and 8 weeks to come in, so plan ahead if you want a veil or headpiece in hand for your hair trial! We do have a selection of accessories that can be purchased same day.
We also offer custom veil design services for brides who want to their veil to perfectly compliment their gown.
What is a trunk show?
A trunk show is a very exciting weekend long event where a designer sends us the newest and best gowns from their collections, and we offer a purchase incentive of 10% off, good for the weekend only! Trunk shows are an amazing time to book an appointment if you are in love with a specific designer, as it offers a greater range of styles than we typically have in store. If there is a specific dress you are hoping to see, we are happy to check with the designer and see if it is included in the selection.
How Do I prepare for my appointment?
There’s no one right way to shop for a wedding gown, but preparation can be a very fun part of shopping! Think about your wedding, what sort of vibe you are wanting to create, and then use those key words to search for pictures on Instagram or Pinterest. Click through our designers we have here and see which ones might speak to that feeling. We love seeing images of what types of gowns inspire you! Do remain flexible, though, as brides often fall in love with gowns they would never have pinned.
If that all feels too overwhelming, that’s ok! We are here to help you figure out what you are looking for in a gown and empower you to feel beautiful in whatever gown you choose! We’ll ask questions throughout to help you pinpoint what you want and to pull the perfect gown.

What size are the dresses? What about plus sizes?
Our gowns range in size from bridal 8 to bridal 12, which relate to a size 6-10 in your every day clothes. Sample gowns rarely fit perfectly, but we are experts at giving you a great idea of how the gown will fit in your size through use of our magic clips and panels.
We are proud to carry Studio Levana, a beautiful plus size collection that is made to measure! Please inquire after specific styles. We also carry the new Made With Love Curve capsule collection, which is slowly being released to stores.
Where do I park?
Parking is available along the street in front of the store, across the street in front of the library, or in the parking lot of St Basil’s Church. Be advised there is a Saturday afternoon service, so being blocked in between 3:30 and 5 is likely.
How many people can I bring with me?
We are a small salon, so we recommend bringing up to 5 of your nearest and dearest. Sometimes, though, less is more! Bring voices you trust to be supportive. If you want to bring more than 5 people, please call so we can guarantee seating!
Will I need alterations?
Almost certainly. Gowns are made to order in a size that is closest to your measurements, and alterations provides the final magic touch that makes the gown fit your body beautifully!
Do you offer alterations in store?
We do! We have an amazing alterations team led by our tailor Starr, who has over a decade of experience tailoring bridal gowns. You are not obligated to use our services, but we would recommend that you do! Our alterations, on average range from $350-$550.
Is your store accessible for people with disabilities?
The main salon is located on the second floor of an historic building, which is currently only accessible by staircase. If you or someone in your party is not able to use the stairs, please call us, and we are happy to accommodate your request by setting up a space with our downstairs neighbor.
