The Return Policy stated below only applies to gowns purchased from the “shop” section on our e-commerce website. In this “shop” section we a collection of sample sale gowns that are available to purchase off-the-rack.

(Our return policy for special order gowns, purchased in store, at our boutique non-returnable and deposits are non-refundable. The customer will sign our “Bridal Gown Sales Agreement” at the time of purchase in store for the full detailed list of our sales policy.)

When shopping for your dream dress, please keep in mind there may still be light signs of damage, including (but not limited to) minor marks and pulls, discoloring, missing beading, damaged embellishments, fabric, and lace.

In addition, items valued at $1,000 and under are not available for refunds or exchanges, so please consider carefully when purchasing.The quality of the sample sale dress is stipulated per garment; however, should the dress not fit or not be exactly what you are looking for, we offer return options, providing the dress is returned within the below time frame and in the original packaging and condition.

● For US purchases, gowns must be returned within five days of receiving the garment and are to be returned at the customer's expense. The dress amount will be refunded minus a $150 service fee for processing.

● For International purchases, gowns must be returned within Fourteen days after receiving the garment. Gowns must be returned within five days of receiving the garment and are to be returned at the customer's expense. The dress amount will be refunded minus a $150 service fee for processing.
